A Tribute to Bob

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our dear brother and uncle, Robert (Bob) Arthur MacIsaac of Chester, Nova Scotia, suddenly with his best friend Bunch by his side, at the age of 67 years on December 28th.

Predeceased by his father Archie (d. 2003) and mother, Mabel ( d. 2010).  Survived by sister, Elaine McVey (Bob), brother Rick Fillmore (Matilda) and brother Don Turner (Sheila); many loving nieces and nephews, and his furbaby, Lucy.  We would be remiss to not mention Jesse, Calvin and Shaun who brought joy to Bob's life as a mentor and father figure.

Bob is also survived by many dear friends.  Not only was Chester Bob's home, but Chester was Bob's family and photo opportunity.

Bob will long be remembered as a gifted musician, a talented photographer and an IT wizard.  A faithful Mac user, Bob loved to tinker with electronics and took special interest in solar energy and weather stations.  Bob spent many years working in the film and TV industry and was known throughout the industry as "Vehicle Bob."  Friends though knew him better as "BBCC" (if you know, you know!)

Bob's wonderful sense of humor and quick, sarcastic wit kept those who were fortunate to spend time with him on their toes.

In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the
Chester Municipal Heritage Society or Chester Drama Society.
